📋 Refunds, cancellations & rescheduling

By booking, you agree to the following. For changes or cancellations, contact us using the email or phone on your confirmation.

1. Booking & payment

   Full payment is charged at the time you complete booking and payment (via Stripe).

2. Cancellation by you
   • 7+ days before your scheduled play date & time: full refund.
   • 3–6 days before: 50% refund.
   • Less than 3 days before: no refund.
3. Rescheduling

   One free reschedule per booking, subject to availability, if you request it before your scheduled play date and time and at least 1 hour before the slot starts. Further changes may be treated as a new booking.

4. No-shows

   If your group does not start the game on the scheduled date and time, no refund or credit is given.

5. Cancellation by us

   If we must cancel (e.g. technical failure, incorrect materials delivered, operational error), you may choose a full refund or credit toward another available date.

6. Weather

   The game is designed for normal outdoor play in public areas. Weather alone does not qualify for a refund unless safety authorities advise against being outdoors.
